If your account is locked down, then that means that your family is not up to date in some aspect (service hours, tuition or extracurricular payment, enrollment fee, etc.). You should be able to find that information in your FACTS account. Service Hours Opportunities -
If you need to complete service hours for the 2025–26 school year, or want to get a jump start on 2026-27, we will be working on a variety of projects around the school throughout the summer and would appreciate the help. Projects may include painting, flooring, and other campus improvement tasks. Beginning around July 6, we will also need assistance moving desks and chairs back into classrooms and helping prepare the campus for the new school year. If you are interested in helping, please contact Tyler King at facilities@lcaeagles.com to make arrangements.
A parent volunteer is also needed to help create an inventory of books in the Resource/Curriculum Room. This project can be completed at your convenience during the summer — during the day, after dropping students off at sports camp, or whenever your schedule allows. You would simply count books and enter the information into a Google Sheets document. If you are interested in helping with this project, please contact the school office.
Student Athletic Training - If your student-athlete is looking to stay active and in shape over the summer, athletic training will be offered during June and July through Donaldson Fitness! Training sessions will take place in the LCA fitness room on Tuesdays and Thursdays. MS/HS girls will train from 10:30–11:30 am, and MS/HS boys from 11:30 am–12:30 pm. The cost is $50 for the full 8-week session. Please complete the Student Athletic Training Registration form to register your student.
Library Books Needed - Looking to declutter over the summer? We are seeking books in good condition that are appropriate for students in Pre-K through 12th grade and do not contain objectionable or inappropriate content. Donations may be arranged by appointment throughout the summer. For questions or to schedule a drop-off time, please contact Karen Poore at kpoore@lcaeagles.com.
The Muny Community Access Tickets - The Muny has generously provided LCA students, teachers, and families with 104 tickets to the 2026 Season! Check out this year’s lineup and sign up for tickets here: Muny Community Access Tickets
Athletics - Summer open gym sessions begin on Monday, 6/1, and are open to any students interested in playing middle or high school sports next year. Below are the practice times:
Monday 4:30 - 6:00 PM - Girls Volleyball - grades 6-12
Monday 6:30 - 8:30 PM - Boys Basketball - grades 9-12
Tuesday 5:00 - 7:00 PM - Girls Basketball - grades 9-12
Thursday 4:00 - 6:00 PM - Boys & Girls Basketball - grades 6-8

Annual Sports Physicals - If your student is planning to play any sports during the 2026-27 school year, they will need to have a valid physical on file. Here is a link to the MSHSAA Medical Eligibility form for sports physicals. Under current MSHSAA guidelines, a sports physical may be good for up to 2 years unless otherwise noted.
Bus Driver Needed - LCA Athletics is looking for a volunteer bus driver for the upcoming school year! Requirements are: a valid Class B CDL, with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. Also requires an Air Brakes endorsement. All volunteers must pass a background check. If you or someone you know would be a good fit, we’d love to connect! We would love to be able to use the bus for some of our longer trips where multiple teams are going (ie: Joplin). Please contact us at lcaathletics@lcaeagles.com to learn more.
