INFORMATION TO KNOW:

Noon Dismissal - Weds, Sept 2, is a noon dismissal for all students.  Please call the office to let us know if your child will be in after care.  There will be no hot lunch served that day, so please remember to pack a lunch for your child.

PTO Pizza Lunch – Friday, Sept. 4 will be our first PTO pizza day!  PTO Pizza must be pre-ordered, and the LCA hot lunch program is NOT available on PTO Pizza days.  The last day to order is Tues, 9/1.   

Volunteers are still needed to help serve pizza during lunch.  This is a fun way to get service hours!  Click here if you would like to volunteer to help:  PTO Pizza Volunteer SignUp  

REMINDER - Drop-off & Pick-Up Procedures - To ensure a safe and efficient traffic flow, the front driveway operates as one-way only during drop-off and pick-up.  Enter via the church’s lower parking lot and drive between the church and LCA. 

  • At drop-off - Staff will help children exit vehicles.  Please pull forward to the orange cones so that several vehicles can drop off at the same time.  Do not pass stopped vehicles.  If you must exit your car or enter the building, please park in the church’s upper parking lot.  

  • For pick-up, elementary parents form two lines in the lower lot (left lane to turn left, or right lane to turn right out of the lot).  As you proceed up the hill, please stay in your vehicle, stay alert, and move forward with the cars in front of you.  A teacher or staff member will safely bring your child to your vehicle.  Remain in your vehicle as staff brings students to you - exit only after the child arrives if needed.

  • Middle/high school-only pickups use the staff parking lot on the west side of the building.

Athletics - Our athletes will be traveling this week for their games.  Details are below. 

  • Mon, 8/31 - JV & Varsity Volleyball @ STL Ignite - Game time 5:00 PM

  • Tues, 9/1 - Varsity Volleyball @ Providence - Game time 4:30 PM

  • Fri, 9/4 - JV & Varsity Volleyball and Boys Soccer @ Westwood Baptist Academy

Games start at 4:00 PM - Vans will leave LCA at 11:30 AM

Bus Driver Needed - LCA Athletics is looking for a bus driver.  We would love to be able to use the bus for some of our longer trips where we transport multiple teams.  If you or someone you know would be a good fit, we’d love to connect!  Please contact Gina Nelsen at lcaathletics@lcaeagles.com to learn more.

LCA Annual Golf Tournament - Join us for a fun day of golf and support our students!  All proceeds support tuition assistance and other operational needs at LCA. 

  • When: Saturday, September 26 | Shotgun start at 1:00 PM

  • Where: Warrenton Golf Course, 24805 S Hwy 47, Warrenton, MO

  • Format: 4-person scramble | $100 per player (includes lunch & steak dinner)
    * Bring a team or come as a single—invite friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors!

We need your help to fill the course!  We currently have 8 teams signed up and we need 36. We also have only 4 Eagle Wings sponsors so far and a goal of at least 10. Please consider playing, sponsoring, or connecting us with a local business.
